Where have all the fish gone? WWF and conscious consumption

Culinary workshop with Piotr Prędki in the series: ”THE KNOT’s culinary acrobations” by Kuba Korczak & Grzegorz Łapanowski

”THE KNOT’s culinary acrobations” is a cycle of cooking meetings for everyone who loves True Food. 100% of passion, fun and relaxation. It is also an opportunity to meet and talk about vital aspects of the condition of culinary art in the 21st century. But the most important thing is food!

At 17.00 we invite all to a cooking workshop. Every week it will focus on a different product, taste and culinary tradition – from Five Changes Cuisine, through fish delicacies to Vietnamese cuisine. Number of participants to the workshop limited. Prior contact with Grzegorz Łapanowski is requested (tel. 669 392 898, email: grzegorz_lapanowski@yahoo.com).

Bring your chopping boards, knives and loads of good energy. If you wish, bring also your own products to share your favourite cooking ideas.

At 17.00 we also invite the youngest participants to get a taste of culinary acrobations – healthy, light and colourful.

At 19.00 we begin a common dinner – meeting with a theme. Invited guests will tackle various topics related to conscious consumption and healthy food! Try it yourself!

Workshop #2: Where have all the fish gone? WWF and conscious consumption

Do you like fish? We also do! Do you know that more than half of fish species available on the market are threatened with extinction? Owing to environmentally friendly shopping, we will still be able to enjoy all that rivers, lakes and seas give us, maintaining profitable fishing industry. This Wednesday fish rule the kitchen. During the dinner, we will present the new WWF culinary guide – “What fish for dinner?”

Program: Wednesday 30 June 2010
